There are 3 steps to the application process to be an Allied Health Academy member:

1. Join the interest list. Either fill out the form below or sign up at an outreach presentation.
2. Attend an information session. Someone from AHA staff will contact you with the link to apply.
3. Complete the online application. Then, we will review your application and notify you if you are selected.
